Families Allen, Delamare and Davis in Mitcham/Streatham area

Hello,
I have been going round and round in circles trying to find these three people who are connected in some way to the Allen family.

John Edward Delamare
Connie Joyce Delamare
Edna Davis

All 3 were in some way connected to Florence Hilda Allen 1893-between 1956 & 1980. I can't find an exact date for her death.
Florence married Herbert (Bert) Hurle in the September quarter of 1932 in the Croydon registration district. In 1979 they lived in Mitcham. Herbert died in 1980.

I know that John Edward Delamare lived in East Ewell about 1979.

I'm working on the theory that John Delamare married a member of the Allen family and that Edna was either an Allen who married a Davis or that one of her ancestors was an Allen.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is no birth on freebmd between 1892-1893 for that name but there are 2 in 1894 in Cockermouth and Hackney

Thank you CaroleW. I couldn't find the record of death for Florence. It doesn't come up on freedbmd when I search.
I'm afraid I don't know when and where these people were born. I've tried freebmd but haven't been able to confirm entries for them.

They were named on the will of Herbert Victor Hurle which is dated both October 1979.
John Edward Delamare of 63 Arundel Avenue, East Ewell in the County of Surrey. was appointed a trustee.
Connie Joyce Delamare and Edna Davis were both beneficiaries.

I have a marriage of John E Delamare to Marjorie F.E.Wood in Sep 1937 Surrey Mid.E 2a 597.
So it may be that he was simply and acquaintance?
I can't find anything for a Connie Joyce Delamare.

As to Edna Davis there are a number of entries for the name and I have John Davis married Edna R Allen December 1954 Wandsworth 5d 1305 which seems likely.
There is also a likely birth for Edna R Allen in Sep 1920 Wandsworth 1d 1270 with the mother as Anwin. However I can't find anyone named Anwin and I can't find who the father is.

I expect Rosie is being cautious about possible living relatives but I think I can add that John Edward was born 1910 (this from his death reg.)  His first wife, Marjorie died Q4 1968, Sutton reg. district.  Edna Davis would be more difficult to find

I would have expected her middle name to be mentioned on Herbert's will if it was this one that you found

I seem to be having trouble with my searches. Jane, I can't find  ,,,,,,but I think I can add that John Edward was born 1910 (this from his death reg.)  the death record for him. Could you please let me know?
The connection from De la Mare remains unsolved, but thank you so much for sorting out the two wives.

Also I agree about the marriage and that seems to solve who Edna Davis is, but the only likely birth I can find for Edna R Allen is this one -
a birth for Edna R Allen in Sep 1920 Wandsworth 1d 1270 with the mother as Anwin. However I can't find anyone named Anwin and I can't find who the father is.
