Poorly scanned photo for some TLC please!

Hi Friends,

This is a photo of my 3 x great aunt Mary. It has taken me ages to get this copy, but the sender didn't know how to make a better scan of it.  :-[

Please don't spend too much time on it, but if you could just tidy her up a bit that would be fantastic! Also I would love a colour version if that is at all possible.
