Good evening Kerry,

Found your John Fuller on "Mad Jacks" genealogy pages. Ellen was his 3rd wife and they had a further 6 legitimate children. I assume therefore that your 2xggrandfather was born while he was on his 2nd marriage which produced no children (4 from 1st marriage).

You can go back 6 generations on there but no link to mine as far as I can see.

Thanks for the link John, the Fuller genealogy has been updated since the last time I looked.  Shall add that to my list of people to look at further.  I knew about John's two previous marriages, I think that was the research I had done on him a few years ago.

Shall dig out my file.

Hi Kerry,

Also have you seen the Wealden Iron Research Database website http://www.wirgdata.org/
Thanks for the link - very interesting - I hadn't come across that site before.

I have just done a quick search and discovered an ancestor who was indicted for murder  :o and it also gives the background of another ancestor who I have long believed must have been French but I had no real evidence - so lots to explore there!  :)
