birth lookup for Barnard & Browne Tasmania

Is it possible to see a birth look up in Tasmania for:

Barnard James (poss Fox)   His parents could James Barnard and Charlotte Fox
& his daughter
Barnard Eleanor Emma  I think Eleanor is born about 1851? ....  She marries Rutherford James Browne about 1876

I am also looking for Rutherford James Brownes birth ....  I believe his parents are Thomas Browne and Sarah ? in about 1853...

Rutherford and Eleanor have a daughter

Eleanor Emma Browne who is born around 1879...  I am not sure if it is Tasmania or possibly in Victoria...  It looks like her death in 1965 in St Lenoards New South Wales....

She marries W.H.L. Wolter (Walter).....  I have had lots of help re William's on another post but can't seem to pinpoint Eleanor Emma's details

Hi Cheran,
I'd be happy to look-up these names for you as I regularly visit the Hobart City Archives twice weekly for a Genealogist friend.  My next visit is Monday 6th January if you don't mind waiting 'til then.  Births, Marriages and Deaths prior to 1900 are available online although it's easier to find if you have a year and registration number.  Have photocopied your posting and will get back to you with my results.  Quite voluntary.

Hi Cheran,
Back again.
Just found a death notice in "The Mercury" Hobart newspaper Wednesday 4th July 1945 / Page: 7
for a Dr. James Fox Barnard died at his home at Struan, Corowa Victoria.
A native of Hobart, Dr Barnard served in the Medical Corps in the Boer War.
Will continue searching the newspapers from home and then follow up with my visit to the Archives.
Looks optimistic.

Death Of Dr James Fox Barnard
- MELBOURNE, Tues -Dr James Fox Barnard, who died at his home, Struan, Corowa (NSW), this morning, was widely known as a medical man in -north-eastern Victoria and across the border. He, was a native of Hobart. He served in the Medical Corps in the Boer War. He was in his 71st year. He is survived by his wife and-three daughters. Mrs Rutherford Browne, Mrs Richard Carter, and  Mrs. Taylor, wife of Major F. Taylor; Mrs Taylor served for nearly three years with a VAD in the-Middle East.



That means he was born in around 1874 so puts all my dates for his daughter out of wack...

I am wondering if I have a 2 generations mixed up here it just doesn't seem to all fit together nicely at the moment.

I can find Mrs Barnard visiting her daughter Mrs Browne for holidays in 1937 and 1939... might need a lot more work here I think....
