Have details of him from WWI Connecticut Service Records, 1917 Connecticut Military Census, WWI draft registration card, military veteran headstone application, newspaper obituary. According to one niece (born 1915) "... Raymond went away and when he returned to Philadelphia he couldn't speak. He soon went back to hospital in Tennessee [Kentucky] where he died not long after." Other niece (born 1916) said "voiceless, he worked in an office in Louisville" and suspects an operation for throat cancer was the reason he lost his voice.
What I'm missing is his whereabouts in 1920 and 1930 census records. Can anyone help?
