Finding the mother Jane in 1911 is difficult, but I think this could be her, as Jane MARSHALL.

This birth would fit with the details of the above 1911. I can't see a birth under MARSHALL that fits.

The electoral roll for 1945 (latest I can find) has Frederick & Kathleen LAMPARD at 16 Summer Road, Thames Ditton. So, getting warm

So we have 16 Summer Rd and 87 Summer Rd. I guess I need Fred birth cert for parents  and probably his death cert for address which hopefully is 87 Summer Rd.

Death
First October 1957,87 Summer Road Thames Ditton/Frederick Lampard/male/61 yrs/general labourer /cerebral hemorrhage,Arterios clerosis,hypertension and Chronic bronchitus/R Lampard - son.

So it appears that Arthur was visiting his brother in 1954. Be nice to know how they connected since they were split up at a very young age.

Looks like Jane Percival is going to be a dead end. The best canidate appears to be a Sarah Jane E born 1874 Reigate which is a couple of years difference from 1901 census. Problem is that she does not seem to appear on census so hard to say whether she was born Red Hill.

Sarah Jane Elizabeth Percival was baptised at St Matthew Redhill on 28 June 1874.

Parents were William & Ann, who also baptised a Bertha there on 25 June 1876.

Bertha Percival was a 15 yr old pauper inmate at Reigate Union Workhouse by 1891, and married Amos Wayling in Jun qtr 1899 Reigate.
