Hi Looking for help has anyone heard the name Zipplith.
in 1934 in Glasgow their is 2 Death Cert 1 for a Jeanie Zipplith and 1 for a Jeanie Riddell
they are the same person. I think it might be Jewish, her mother was a Elizabeth Zipplith
but was also called Sutcliffe confusing yes very. Elizabeth wed a John Copeland a Thomas Riddell was Jeanie Dad still confusing.

So Jeanie was the illegitimate daughter of Elizabeth Zipplith & Thomas Riddell, is this correct?

Yes she must be  Thomas Riddell was a ships stoker ?
