 certificate of Baptism on 19th Dec 1837 of Mary Jones.in Bobwrog Anglesey  Mother name Ann Jones father Owen Jones
So trying to find now Mary Jones And William Bell Rogerson  marriage From maybe 1873 to 1877

Hi

There are several newspaper entries for him, one in Dublin in around about 1837 and then one looking for him, that lists his last known address in Liverpool in early 1870's and Bankrupt notices in about 1856, address in Cripplegate London.

There does not appear to be any Marriage in England or Wales on FreeBMD.

Have you checked when his 1st Wife died or if she is still alive in 1871?
He may have just taken up with Mary and wasnt free to Marry.

EDIT possible Death Reg March 1862 Shoreditch for Ann Jane Rogerson

So he was free to Marry but there is no evidence they did.

widow of William  Bell Rogerson draper
 Daughter Mary A Rogerson  for the informant of Death. Also it's on all the censers  from 1881
Could she call herself   Mary Rogerson  if not married .
