I hadn't seen that.   The daughter May must be Nellie who was born in 1880 and whose middle initial was 'M.'  Too bad it doesn't give her married surname.

True.

Howard Morgan is living in "Last Mountain" in 1921.  It appears that his address was Second Street.  He is age 31, born USA.  Possibly second marriage (the image is difficult to read).  Immigrated 1906.  Auto mechanic, garage.
At the top of the next page is
Mabel(?) Morgan, wife, age 29, born USA, immigrated 1903.
Under her name is a son, born Sask.  I will not list his name, since it is a fairly "recent" birth.  I will send his information by pm.

Then that must be his grave in reply #6 because the wife's name is Mabel.

I had forgotten that fact.  It does appear that you located their grave.

Howard's son would have been born in about 1913.  I wonder if it could be the same unnamed 3 year-old male child listed on the 1916 census in Manitoba.  In 1916, the wife's name was Isabel.  Surely he didn't have two sons with two different wives in 1913.  Or else maybe the Manitoba Howard is not the right man.

Sorry that my replies are so delayed.  We have not yet figured out how to open my emails (I have to update my computer and I don't want to yet, in case this computer crashes when we update).  So, I cannot tell when you post replies.   ::)

I think it is the same man.  Both men were mechanics.

I sent a pm with more details from the 1921 census.  The name in 1916 is written over, but it could be the same name as that in 1921.  It does not have a 'g' in the name; I think it is closer to the spelling that I suggested.  (Hope that makes sense.)

I understand and good luck with it.  A couple of years ago my computer was stolen.  Of course I lost some unbacked-up files.  But even worse, I had to borrow an old portable from the office until I could save up enough to buy a new one.  The thing was so awful I thought I'd go mad.  If it had belonged to me I would have thrown it against the wall.

Isabel and Mabel must be the same person.  It isn't likely he had two wives, the same age, who were both born in the United States and immigrated to Canada in 1903.
