ROSE, Samuel born 04/04/1867 in Islington, Middlesex to Samuel and Maria Rose (nee Lee) at 16 Milton Place, Holloway. Father is a sawyer. Birth registered 13 May 1867 in the sub-district of Islington West.

Thought this was my gt g'father. Way too many Samuel Roses giving birth to other Samuel Roses in and around Islington at this time. Census records show this Samuel Rose's father and a brother are also sawyers. The mother grew up at 16 Milton Place and lives there for quite some time.
