The New South Wales, Australia, Index to Deceased Estate Files shows Leonard White Armfield - Date of death -6/3/1951 - Date of Grant - 20/8/1951. Leonard was an engineer.

Leonard and Isabella are listed at 18 Wentworth Street Homebush NSW in 1949

Leonard and Isabella had a son George - George G Armfield born 31 st December 1916 and died Burwood, New South Wales  1923 - Parents Leonard Armfield and Ida C.  Death Red No 1215.

2 other children :- Agnes Louis Armfield born 23 July 1920 and Leonard Manuel Armfield 10 December 1924

Agnes married Roland Adrian Newth 1943  Burrowa, New South Wales.
The marriage - St James Church, Burwood is in the Sydney Morning Herald - Saturday 3 rd April 1943 -

Appears to be a few anc trees with Leonard and Ida -  with photo of Leonard.

I have had time now to sit down and look properly at all the info and links you have both found for me and just want to say a huge thank you!! That was so kind and I have discovered a new resource in Trove - not something I was familiar with before but which I would imagine will be of great use in the future! I am away to add the new discoveries to my tree. Thank you both once again.

John & Agnes Greig were my great grandparents.
Their daughter Ida Campbell Greig (born in Australia) was my grandmother.
