My Wife is a direct descendant of Janet Allan's daughter also Jessie Wood Neilson. Jessie's brother William is my wife's father and her middle name is Allan after her grand mother.

Hi
I would be really interested in any information about the Neilson family.  I am a descendent of William Wood Neilson's Fathers (Also William) brother Thomas Neilson 1822. 
I have managed to trace William and Thomas father to John Neilson born 1782 and to his father also John Neilson born around 1759.  But I am stuck there. 
I would be very grateful for any information on the Neilson family. 
My maiden name is Neilson

Hi, I am also related to the Neilson family, my mother was a Neilson.
