Would be very nice if someone could check the 1851 and 1841 for Thomas' household to see what children are listed.  On familysearch.com there is a marriage of Ellen Jarvis and Thomas Adams 13 Aug 1832 Blyth Notts sounds like a good match! Also a Hellen Jarvis born 14 Feb 1813 Blyth Notts dau of William Jarvis and Sarah unnamed.  Good luck with your search and I hope some of this helps.

Hi,

I'm particularly interested in the son William and granddaughter Ellen .
I can see that there is a William born 1835 on the IGI with parents Thomas and Ellen so am sure this is all the right family. 

That's quite a complete picture now
