I put my 5 in two Sundays ago and got a reply today but there is only one image and it isn't one I requested. To add to this the attachment with a copy of the ones I did request has my email address on it and the 5 I asked for but it also has somebody else's email address and their phone number !

There is a live chat link somewhere isn't there as I don't know if this means I will be seeing mine now or not.

Update - Spoke to Familysearch on live chat and after being transferred a few times they have opened a case, not sure what this means but if nothing happens before start of May I'll order them again.

I have sent off for some records, but I have some more to request later, which are causing me to ask for assistance.

When I find the person concerned, there are a couple of films recorded  :o

How do I work out which one to request, or do I request as per the information shown. One is for a Susannah Robinson with films 0091083, 0091084. I have some others like this, so which do I request. Any help would be gratefully accepted.

If you check the library catalogue with the film number it looks as though both of these films are transcripts and not copies of the register   :-\

https://familysearch.org/catalog-search

Parish register transcripts, 1567-1924
Author:   Church of England. St. Michael's Church (Bishop-Wearmouth, Durham);
Wood, Herbert Maxwell; Corder, James W.

If they had not been transcripts I would just have selected one film number that related to the parish register or bishops transcript and ignored the other number.  I have done this where the system would not accept the multiple numbers given.

Sorry if my question is silly, but I am french and not familiar with all this...

Are all documents microfilms ? I would like to request a birth certificate of 1869, where can I get all the references required or is this typically the type of act that can't be asked for ?

In advance, thank you for your help !  :)
