It looks to me that "Terrace Buildings" was where Church Bank merges into Salop Road.
Go to www.old-maps.co.uk
Enter the search term - SY21 7DX
When the map loads choose the 1885  1:500 map from the historical list.
Use the in-built magnifier or Windows zoom to enhance.

From a pm reply - the timescale is around 1870 to 1910.
