My grand father was John Thomas Barker from Wednesbury staffs moved to Leeds and on to manchester

Sorry for the delay in response.

I live in Somerset now. My parents are both still in Leeds.

I have a Thomas Barker in my tree, moving to West Bromwich, Staffordshire in 1873... Presumably that might be the very same fellow.

William Capel Barker his son moved to Leeds in 1913.

My information comes solely from Ancestry.com. I spent a week or three in the first lockdown discovering my history... A really rewarding endeavour.

I recommend you sign into Ancestry.com (for free) and I will share the link with you again. I think this is the only way for you to see my tree. I have shared it this way with my Dad so I know it works.

yes Thomas Barker was born may 30. 1825 in Newport pagnell marr to Elizabethh flookes. children william b1847 and john b1849.... william m charlotte barnes in 1867 at west brom staffs moved to leeds died leeds hospital in 1918 she was buried at woodhouse cemetary leeds a silk bookmark was made commemorating her passing and i have that bookmark.
