Mahoneys and Sullivans

Looking for any information possible about Denis Mahoney  born in 1818 in  Bandon, Co. Cork, Ireland.  He moved to Minnesota after a brief stint in Pennsylvania in 1854.  He settled in Belle Plaine and went on to produce many children.  He was married to Ellen M. Sullivan, presumably also of Co. Cork.  I have no earlier info concerning his parents or Ellen's parents.  Can anyone give me any help?
