That would show that Sarah's father was John Challis, but I'm sure we have the correct family as that is the only one of that name in the 1901 and 1911 censuses.

I'm wonder if that is necessary now, unless you really want to. The fact that he married using the name John Denning Challis shows that he must be the one baptised to John and Sarah Challis.

I am doing quite well with the Challis family now but cannot find a marriage for John Denning Challis b 1816 to Sarah any help would be appreciated.
