Need help finding a Berlin, Germany birth certificate.

Hello, I need help obtaining my great grandmother's birth certificate. Her name is Blanche Ella Marta Kammerling Benscher. Her birth certificate might have Kammerling or Benscher as the last name. The birth date is 26 AUG 1897 in Berlin, Brandenburg, Germany.
