An article in The Nation 24/09/1887 mentions that the large funeral cortege for John Casey started from the Union Hospital (at the Workhouse) a mile east of Mitchelstown.
"..arriving at the little churchyard overlooking the valley of the Galtees"
Inscription on coffin 'John Casey. Murdered September 9th 1887. Aged 17. RIP'
You may already have the above?
Guess it could still be near Kilbeheny, though closer to Mitchelstown makes more sense?
Articles seem to suggest that all 3 graves were near Mitchelstown. No indication that they were buried in the same grave.
