Hi I have manage to get the name and number of the grave but finding it difficult finding the grave

Do you mean you visited the cemetery and can't find the lair/a stone or can't find Section 13?

Sorry Anne I'm not very good with computers . Yes I have been up in the last 2 day I went to the Michell library my gran parents grave is s 13 grave 759 ... It's a unmake grave and I found the numbers don't seam to go in order

Hi Morganspice, could you give us all and any info that you have, names, dates of passing etc. It just can make things a lot easier although if the grave is unmarked the names don't make much of a difference, WW

This Commonwealth War Gravestone is in Section 13, Lair No. 752.

The 'centre' of Section 13, Lair No. 759, the one you are looking for will be exactly 21 feet to the left or to the right of this one, so next time you visit, take a tape measure with you!

As 'pocketslint' has said, if it's an unmarked grave (i.e. no stone), then this is the only way to establish exactly where it is.

Each lair is 3 feet wide, so the centre of each is 3 feet apart and by using a tape measure, you'll be able to find it albeit all you'll see is a patch of grass.

You should be able to download a copy of the photo to help you find the area by comparing what's in the background.

Thank you Anne for your help I haven't got the information with me at the moment but I do have it all at home I know 1 was July  1978 McLean .. I will go back up the grave yard with a tape try find the stone you have put up thank you for you help once again .i will let you know how I get on x
