Unfortunately not!
If you can find a parish register entry (assuming a C of E baptism) you can get it from there.

Birth certificates cost £9.25 from GRO.
Usually £10 (or so) from a District Register Office.
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

Would her maiden name appear on it. What's the website for it, I paid 25 for the marriage certificate that's why I was reluctant.....how would I find the parish records?

Mother's maiden name (and former married names) will be on the crttificate.

Order at: http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/

I now have the marriage certificate for Leah Lucilla Nicholls, her father being William and mother, Hannah's maiden name being Taylor.
