1891/1901 lookup please surname Williams

I am looking for William George Rose Williams b. 1865 in Plymouth, his wife Ada and any children on the 1891/1901 census.
He may have been in the Army, so although they were in Hampshire at some point, they may be elsewhere.
I know they had a son in 1886 also called William but believe they had 13 children in all.

There is an online tree that has births to William and Ada in India during 1898 - 1900, therefore they could be in India for the 1901.

Have you looked for them on the 1911 as that may give some indication to their location in 1901 (that's if there are any children born c1901, India)

An  online  tree     has   at  least  6  children  born  after Florence  all born  in UK   , in Essex   and  Kent  the  last being  in 1912   in Preston , Lancashire
