Dnepropretrovsk or Ekaterinoslav

Hi!  I am new to RootsChat and am trying to research my family from Dnepropretrovsk/Ekaterinoslav. We are unsure of the spelling of there given surnames because when they moved out of the region it was changed. We think it is spelled Zelotkovsky, Zelotkofsky or Selotkovsky....something like that. My great- grandfather's name was Issac or Yitchak (born in 1873) and my grandfather's name was Samuel or Shmul (he was born in 1904).  My great- Grandmother's name was Chaya Sara Lutsky (born in 1877) and was also from the same region. Does anyone have any information regarding these surnames? I would love some birth records or just proof of the actual spelling of the given last name.  Thank you so much!
