I haven't heard of a Hannah Harn before. I only known that James's parents were Samuel and apparently Sarah Berwick

James Edward Prettyman shown bc.1816 Gorleston.

There is an entry on familysearch for James Edward Prittyman bp.11/9/1814 Gorleston with Southtown, SUFFOLK (as it was Suffolk prior to 1880's when changed to Norfolk) - son of Samuel and Sarah.

The only child to them I can find there.

thank you

Has anyone been able to find a marriage for Samuel Prettyman and Sarah Berwick?

This could be it

https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NLZ6-QMH

Their first son was apparently Samuel Lucas Prettyman, baptised 1802

Looks like their Banns were read in Gt.Yarmouth, but no sign of their marriage.

Hi
Eliza Mary Prettyman is (we think) also my paternal great great grandmother. Eliza and her husband William J Ingram adopted my grandmother Edith Irene Ingram, according to the Welsh 1911 census. However we know Edith was eventually reunited with her birth mother (Annie May Ingram/Jones). We were hoping that as you have been looking into the same family you might be able to help. We cannot locate Eliza M Ingram(Prettyman) in the 1901 census England or Wales. We found George P and William J Ingram listed as visitors with the Grundner family in Llangeinor - hard to find due to a spelling error (Irving instead of Ingram). We hope that if we can find where Eliza was in 1901 it might give us a clue as to the origin of Annie-May and her connection to the family. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks
