1891 wedding cert

Please could you let me know where I could obtain the 1891 wedding certificate of a George Jenkins and Mary Anne Gately, they wed in Athlone but the HSE.ie say they only can get certificates from 1913 as they don't go back any further.

Athlone is a town on the River Shannon, Ireland.

                       HSE.ie is a site where people order Birth Marriage and Death Certificates.

The  hse.ie site is where you can order certificates online, but as you've found, it only covers a limited range of dates. For other dates you need to apply by post with a form from http://www.welfare.ie/en/Pages/General-Register-Office.aspx

One advantage of applying by post is that you can choose a non-certified photocopy for €4 instead of €20 for a formal certificate.
