Hi

are there any passenger lists available from Switzerland/Scotland between 1874/1891?

if so would like to request for passenger lookup of Leah Eugenie Coderay b1874 Switzerland next found living with a family and working as a Nurse for the family in Edinburgh, aged 17. All help appreciated.

this question has come up quite a few times regarding European immigrants and as far as I know the short answer is no there aren,t any passenger lists from mainland Europe to Britain presumably as apart from time of war it,s always been a free movement of traffic between countries [ not free in the sense that folk didn,t pay for a crossing ] .
