Hello Stoodly,
Civil registration for life events was organised into Superindent Register Districts commonly referred to as Civil Parishes by the principle sites LDS, Ancestry and FindMyPast. These SRD’s were further broken down into smaller units known as Dispensary Districts, and only Rootsireland at the moment use the smaller districts in their datasets.
Ballaghaderren (CP) was a dispensary District of Castlereagh, Roscommon, so there should be no confusion over records found on the main search sites. Loughglynn/Lisacul Catholic Parish was one of a number of Catholic Parishes which were covered by the Ballaghaderreen (CP).
Ballinlough(CP) just south west of Loughglynn would be another Dispensary District of Castlereagh, Roscommon. The marriage record should be obtained to clarify from the townland details contained within to ensure it is the Duffy family from Aughaderry . There were a number of Noone families in the Loughglynn/Lisacul Parish prior to the marriage and the townland details for Anne should help determine her lineage.
The Griffith Valuation for the townalnd Aughaderry in 1857 has a Patrick Duffy noted as leasing land. -
http://bit.ly/1gND2klSome additional records of note. A birth of an Elizabeth Duffy in 1885 who though not on the 1901 census appears as a church baptism in Loughglynn though no Civil record appears on any database.
John Duffy would appear to have died between 1884 and 1901 and two death records which appear as Castlereagh,Ireland on the main sites are shown as Ballaghaderreen (CP) on Rooots Ireland and are worth a closer look :-
JOHN 1900 Parish: BALLAGHADREEN (CP)

https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/FTZS-QTPParish records for Loughglynn do go back to the early1800’s but do have several pages missing. You may also see pre 1864 records on LDS which seem similar to those of Loughglynn which show an event place of Tibohine. These are taken from the same microfilm and in their wisdom LDS created a record set for the historic pre 1864 Civil Parish of Tibohine which Loughglynn was one of three Catholic parishes that it covered.
Good Luck
