1901/1911 Census search help

Is there any way that I can search the census for someone born c1855 in Gibraltar? I don't know if it's a male or female so I don't know what surname to look for. It's possible that they're living in the Carlow area but this is all the info that I've got. Thanks.

In the main search screen for 1901 and 1911, I clicked on the icon at "More search options" and chose "Spain" as "County/Country of Origin", then sorted the listed results by age to seek out the nearest to the 1855 birth date (Gibraltar results come back for that search).

All I could find in Carlow was the following:

If you're not sure about "living in the Carlow area", try it yourself and look at the names under "Spain" for "County/Country of Origin" for all counties, there are only 123 in 1901, 81 in 1911, you might see something. In addition, there is also another category under "County/Country of Origin" called "Other" which you may like to try when searching.
