Chigwell transcript look up request
« on: Friday 11 April 14 09:47 BST (UK) »
The Chigwell registers have been badly water-damaged. I have looked at them on SEAX, but some of the entries are too faded to read. I have been told there is a transcript at ERO and I am interested to know if the baptism of a Thomas Pennington, son of Thomas and Rebecca Pennington, baptised 1650, appears in the transcript or not. The baptism does appear on familysearch, but I could not see any sign of it in the register. I would be extremely grateful if someone going to ERO could check the transcript for me and would be very happy to offer a Norfolk look-up in exchange if that would help anyone.
Many thanks.
Peggy

I have thank you Mark. As I had no takers, I hired a records searcher to check for me and the entry was there in the transcript, so I will mark this request as completed now, but thanks for getting back to me anyway.
