Ditto.
If you're looking for Ann's surname they don't appear to have married from what I can see.
If you're looking for parents, then from Thomas's marriage they are John & Martha Dunford.
They both appear along with siblings in the Catholic Baptisms L'pool.
You may have to get a birth cert. to find Ann's name:

The 1st Child I can find on Census is ELLEN born c 1846 L Pool. Henry 1849 is there also. Cant find a Marriage for John to a Ann Hannah.
Johns Brother Thomas/His Wife Sarah and their Children are with them.
HO107/2178/68/27

A Childs Birth Cert may be needed to establish Ann Hannahs maiden name.

Cant find them 1861 but think part of that Liverpool Census is missing.
1871 as you know they are easy to find.
