Looking for Trembath's in St. Just and have found that there is St. Just in Penwith and St. Just in Roseland, are they 2 different places? Can"t find them on a current map. Thanks for helping a newbie here:-)
Trembath-St. Just, Cornwall

on the 1911 census for Trembath's  in St Just Cornwall the registration district is Penzance and the sub registration district is St Just in Penwith

St Just in Roseland is on the Roseland peninsula, on the opposite bank of the River Fal from Falmouth.

Very pretty! Had a holiday there once ;D


St Just in Penwith is about as far west as you can be on the Cornish mainland!
Lands End Airport is known as St Just.
I have flown from there to the Isles of Scilly many times ;D


Both versions of St Just are easily found on Google Maps.

OH and I went to Lands End when we spent 8 weeks in the UK on our honeymoon, unfortunately did not know that my paternal grandmothers side came from there. Name HAWES

I use a great Geneology site called
Penwith Geneology.
Like RC you need to register but it is free. I have had wonderful help from them also
