I would say it doesn't look like either of those two alternatives.  It definitely looks like Walters to me - as the other two respondants said.

The reason I said it looked like Walters is that I have Walters in my tree and it looks like how I have seen the name written in parish registers.

I would be inclined to say it is not Wathers or Watters, but that said Watters is a common misreading for Walters and vice versa when the writing is poor
