hi
Here's that marriage for Francis to Hannah Mason 18.2.1805.
Both groom and bride from Ashby de la Zouch both make a cross.
witness Richard Freeman x and Joseph Hallam signed and it was by banns.

But even though it doesn't say so it looks like Francis had been married before at Ashby 12.10.1789 to a Frances Chissell witness Joseph Hallam and Hannah Elliot by banns Bridge makes a x
They have 3 children
Richard 4.7.1790
Francis 10.2.1793
William 8.4.1798

Frances Chiswell was baptised at Ashby de le Zouch d of Thomas 27.11.1763.
Thomas married a Ann Elliot 4.11.1752 so that is the Elliot connection.

Hello Eric

I think we could be related !
Francis Newbery and Frances Chissel are my husbands decendants.
I have that John Newbery ( son of Francis & Hannah Mason)  married Ann Ison 18 Oct 1831 St Philip, Warwickshire, England,, although Im not 100% that this is them.. although in 1851 census there is a John Newbery aged 40 years, born Ashy de la zouch a tailor married to Ann  Their children I have are Mary Ann , Frederick, Sarah, Emma, Thomas, Amelia, Louisa A, Emma J, Frances H and John Henry. If you would like to inbox me , we could compare notes :O)
regards Jo
