Electoral rolls
Does anyone know how, if I just have an address, I can find out who lives at that address

It seems that one has to have a full name to access these registers

Electoral rolls always used to be only searchable by address.

Only when the London ones went online could you search by name.

Lizdb knows lots about Essex.
