A touch of colour for great, great gran?

Would anyone please be able to lend their colouring skills to this photo of my great great grandmother?
Any help much appreciated.

Any chance of a better scan George...this is only scanned at a resolution of 72dpi and 300dpi is recommended for best results....You can post a file size of up to 500kb on here...It can be done...but the print out won't be the best.
