This is the only marriage I've found which is a possibility -

Joseph H Kenward
Spouse  - Nora A Martin
Date of Registration - q4 1924
Registration district - Godstone
Inferred County - Surrey
Vol 2a Page 544

The are three online trees with Peggy J Kenward listed, however there are no parents recorded  ???
It may be a case of purchasing Peggy's BC to see who her parents are to help you further, unless any of your living relatives are able to help you with these details.

joseph died in 1966 in croydon aged 79 and nora annie died in 1951 aged forgotton?

There is another birth for Kenward mothers maiden name Martin in Wandsworth in 1925 on freebmd.

Electoral register for Croydon in 1965 at 15 Gwynne Avenue  has Joseph H Kenward and this other person - won't mention name in case still living.
