Complete- Thank you!- Restoration of Joan and Gloria Williams

I would love to see this photo restored, if possible! The woman on the left is my grandmother, and on the right is her younger sister. This was taken the last time they saw each other, though they died in 2004 and 2010. Can someone try removing the tape and staining from this, please? I'd be forever grateful!
