No the first one is who Mary married in to we are sure of that , n the 2nd one is my nanny we think I just can't find it on the census

The latest census is 1911,and your nan's mum wouldn't have been born by then would she?

This is not going to be straightforward ,so all we are doing is giving you suggestions of records you could look at (purchase) to try and confirm if we're on the right tracks.

All this is happening so far in Dublin and yet you say your nan grew up in Waterford.
I'm confused over the initial comment about her being born in a Convent and yet you also say that aunty Mary took her home from the Rotunda,which is a hospital,so not the convent you thought she'd been born in.

Lots more work needed here,maybe when you are able to see the cert tomorrow,things may be a little clearer?

My nanny Said she was born in a convent but was given to her aunty at rotunda hospital . Which I don't see y that will happen , I'm only goin from what she is saying . :) thank you everyone for your help
