I've got GOLDING line in my family.
Happy to share what I have if you're interested.

Mine seem to be around Cam at the moment then came to Australia.

My Gouldings come from Gloucester - mainly around Uley, Quedgeley, tewkesbury area.    They could have come from further afield originally but as at 1806 they are Gloucester.   Came to NZ about 1920.
Goulding,  Summerhayes,  Needham,  Pitcher,  Symes,  Mulholland,  Harman,  Gear,  Lane,   Millbourne,  MacInnes,  Frost,  Hancock,  Westacott, Rice,  Peisley

I am researching an Edith Maud Golding.

She was born c 1907 place unknown and in 1933 (26/12/1933) married Charles Henry Payne at Cardiff Registry Office. Her marriage certificate indicates that at the time she was living at 52 Richmond Road, Cardiff.

Her husband was living in Merthyr Tydfil although having searched the Paynes back they all hail from around Barnstaple/South Molton.

On the certificate Edith Maud's father is listed as Mark Golding, Head Cowman on farm.

Edith Maud died in Merthyr Tydfil in 1956 (21/11/56) aged 48.

I cannot find anything more about her but would dearly like to link her to a record that I can search back on.  In the 1901 England census there are only 7 Mark Goldings and 5 Mark Gouldings listed, but none in Wales.

Any help would be appreciated.

If of any use my ancestor Richard Walker married Catherine Goulding. She was the daughter of Abraham Goulding and Elizabeth Hughes. They lived in Church House Lechlade inherited in 1788 from Richard Ainge by his sister Catherine - Elizabeth Hughes mother. 1841 census still has Elizabeth (Hughes) Golding living there, and the Walkers remained there until First World War.
