Hastings Marriage 1877

I would be very grateful if someone could look up a marriage between Thomas Foster and Eliza Gain in Hastings 1877. I know Thomas was the son of Joseph Foster and Sarah Gain. Eliza was born abt 1848 Cambridgeshire (source 1881 census) I would like to find out her father's name if possible. I suspect Eliza had been married before as there are two children on 1881 census at same address 9Gensing Rd. Kate born about 1871 Hastings and Frederick born about 1874 Hastings.

Part answer - try Nelson Gain married Eliza Palmer Q2 1873 Hastings.  Nelson Gain death registered Hastings Q3 1874.  Eliza born 1847/8 Cambridgeshire according to 1881 (as you know).  Heck of a lot of Elizas in Cambridgeshire though, so not very helpful I'm afraid.

Thanks for help but I think the answers to my original query are muddling up various other members of my family tree. The Nelson Gain who died in 1874, buried 23 July 1874 in Guestling was born 1845, son of William Gain and Maria Crouch. Nelson Gain b 1854 Hastings, son of John Gain and Elizabeth Sutton, married Eliza Palmer 1873 Hastings. That Eliza Gain died 1875.  I am trying to find a previous marriage for another Eliza (Gain) before she married Thomas Foster in 1877 in Hastings, so need to find her maiden name. Thanks
