There is another Elizabeth Sampson born around the same time in Penzance (c1848)

and another on

children Henry, Emily, Elizabeth (1848) Penzance Ellen, James. Richard & Edward

I have just searched the local burial CD Elizabeth P Walters (Parnell?) died 1906 age 58, age could be wrong, but defo her as she is with Richard.

The first Daughter of Daisy was Lavinia Parnell. In 1881 Eliz gives her middle name as Parell, Could you kindly check spelling on 1881 plz ref above.

Thank you will see if I can connect Parnell/Parell with the family you gave. She also names first dau Mary.

1881c middle name looks like PARELL to me or possibly PARRELL

Have just checked Cornwall OPC and there’s nothing showing for an Elizabeth Sampson or marriage Sampson/Parnell(Parrell/Parell) that I can see

Mary, widow, is with daughter Fanny Frost and family, again in Penarth. Final column mentions she is blind from birth

So it looks as if most of the family moved there
