Ships crews at sea on censuses?

Where a ship/boats crew that were out at sea at the time of a census noted anywhere on censuses?
Eccleston, Farmer, Hampton, Ridgway, Hayward, Brough, Walker, Horn, Hardwick (Hartwig), King, Hibbard.  Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Shropshire, Devon, London.

Yes they were.  Vessels moored in harbour were enumerated as were many Navy ships.  I've just found one of my reltives on HMS Agamemmnon apparently somewhere in the Mediterranean!
