Adobe Flash Player Settings

For the past few weeks, whenever I view videos on YouTube and other sites, a small window appears with the heading Adobe Flash Player Settings, asking me to ALLOW or DENY the process to store info (cookies) on my computer.  No matter which option I click, the action is slow to, or never does, respond.  Is there some setting I can change to avoid this situation?

If you play a video on Youtube etc, right click on the video and click Settings. On mine this automatically opens to the Local Storage tab (centre, a yellow file). You should be able to click the box marked Never ask again.
