Hospital Records 1933

New to this great hobby, I have obtained my fathers birth certificate born 19/4/33 St Georges Hospital in London also his mothers birth certificate 1890 which puts her age at 43, there is a family rumour that my aunt( my Dads sister born 1915) may of given birth to my Dad? How can I find any records that may give mothers age whilst in hospital or any other details?

If it is St George's in Blackshaw Road, London then there appears to be some admission & discharge regsiters 1900-1987 but whether these are closed to research or what they cover  ???
