A few more words from 1540

Help with a few more words from 1540

Clipping 1 : This seems to mention ‘the Kings Act” – presumably the actual Act of Reformation in 1539 – The Act of the Six Articles? But what about it?

End of first line …..” Item ? ? ?
? acordying to the Kings Act’

Clipping 2: What’s his daughters name? – at least I think it says daughter!

“Item I will that ?? my daughter have all my portion

clipping 3: ‘Redferns a lamb Item give (?) my wife ? all my quick (?)  goods my debts paid & I ? ?  ?  ? of the whole be divided in three portion or portions for my self & an other portion…

That’s the whole will done now! Thanks everybody.

1: "Itm for my mortuaye acordying to the Kings Acte"
Perhaps referring to this Act: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mortuaries_Act_1529

2: "Itm I Wyll that margere [Margery] my dogthur have all my p[ar]te fully"

The third one is tricky, I'll think about it...

Ok, my best go at the third clipping is:
"Item hyt ys [it is] my Wylle that all my quychke goods my detts paid & I brought whence of the whole be devided in thre p[ar]tes or p[ar]te for my selfe & an other p[ar]te"

Many thanks Alexander.
Never thought about putting the end of the line with 'mor' together with 'tuary' on the start of the next line! Trying to work it out as two separate words. No wonder I couldn't make it out.Doh! :(
Well spotted eagle eyes!
