Can make out some of it John

Top lot = Viscount Mandeville is the title of the heir of the Duke of Manchester the family still own property in Ireland, Tangragee?, though they are now settled in Kenya? (19*5)

2nd lot = Broadh**** was the home of Edwins grandfather Ernest? ? the Mount*** bred there and it was the ? the present ? spent her ? ?

The second refers to Broadlands the home of the Mountbattens in Romsey Hampshire, and that the present Queen spent her honeymoon there,

there and it was there

The date after "now settled in Kenya" is 1975
I agree it reads Tangragee - should be Tandragee which is in County Armagh
