Hi I wondered could anyone tell me if Artists@ Photographers A Jennings @ co Victoria Street@ Larkhill Blackburn was operating in the 1880s please any help would be very appreciated thank you Sophie 03

There's a Robert Jennings, photographic artist at 85 Larkhill in the 1891 census
