Can anyone help with deciphering Chelsea Pensioner records for the first name on the list Jas. Beegan 5th Regiment Dragoon Guards. Alongside his date of death it has F 70.620 Preston
                                                                                                         50

I would like to know what the F 70.620 over 50 stands for and is Preston where his pension was paid because he died in Crewe.
