Hi,

"I Edward Giles Jones formerly of Birmingham
in the County of Warwick Gentleman and now of Canterbury Place
Lambeth in the County of Surry do make and declare this my last
Will and testament in manner following (that is to say) I give
devise and bequeath unto Charles Wright of Fenchurch Street in the
City of London Gentleman all my Estate and Effects both real and
Personal and of what nature or kind the same may be or consist of
to hold to him his heirs Executors and Administrators for ever Upon
the trusts hereinafter mentioned that is to say Upon trust after paying to
himself all such Sum and Sums of money that is now due to him from
me and such other debts as I may owe to pay and divide the same
equally between himself and my Friend and Kinsman George Curle
who has for some time past lived with me as a token of my regard
and I give to the said George Curle all my Clothes and Wearing Apparel
and appoint the said Charles Wright Sole Executor hereof In Witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the eleventh day of April 1823

for his last Will and testament in the presence of us who in his
presence at his request and in the presence of each other have
